| Choose between continuous recording mode, photo mode, as well as voice-activated recording mode. |
| How do I connect the pen to my computer? |
| Use the included USB cable to connect the pen to your computer. |
| Do I need any special software to play back the video? |
| Most computers should have the latest video drivers to play the video, but if your computer is having trouble, we recommend VLC Media Player, a free download at videolan.org. |
| Does this pen recorder work as a regular ink pen too? |
| Yes it does - it includes 2 ink pen refills as well. If you use those, you can purchase additional pen refills at any office supply store. |
| How do I recharge the pen's internal battery? |
| The pen starts charging whenever connected to your computer via USB. Additionally, we offer various other chargers including a wall charger, car charger, and portable battery charger. |
| What video format does the pen record to? |
| The pen records to a standard AVI format. |
